Plan your Successful Virtual Assistant Business

Do you have a business plan?

If you do, congratulations! I bet you are doing fairly well in your business! Simply by having a plan in place that can help you set goals and build strategies, you are on your way to success!

If you don’t, you are probably struggling or unsure about how to find clients, work or just success in general.

One of the first things I do with any mentoring client or student in my training classes is look at their business plan. Most don’t actually have one – and so that’s the very first thing we do.

Without putting all of your business plans down on paper, you can’t build a solid strategy to sell your services to your clients.

There are so many important components to success, but starting at the beginning is the most important thing you can do. Even if you are already in business, if you don’t have a business plan you should make a decision to get one done immediately.

Recently I held a webinar that talked about how you can set up different business models to generate income in your business. The most comments I got back after that webinar dealt with the fact that people had not looked at their business in that way before, and didn’t realize how easy it was to plan to make money.

If you want to check out that webinar, click here: www.yourvamentor.com/50kteleclass.

There are four business models that I show you in that teleclass that can help you put your plan in place to start making real money in your business.

Business planning is one of the most important skills you need to learn in order to run your business well, and to make money. It doesn’t take a lot of time or effort when you get it done, but it can be the difference between a business filled with great clients and revenue, or the ‘feast or famine’ syndrome that many Virtual Assistants suffer.

If you constantly have dry spells in your business, or if you feel like you are almost networking or marketing and not getting new clients, you need to adjust your plan.

I would be happy to help you make some decisions about your business: email me at tracey@yourvamentor.com or schedule a free consultation with me at www.yourvamentor.com/15-min. I promise you we will have a great conversation and I will help you determine what ‘next steps’ you can take to get your plan in place.

And if you want fast help to actually put your plan together, consider joining my upcoming Virtual Assistant Bootcamp: Earn 50K as a VA. It starts August 5th!
