If I were to ask you what your value is, how would you answer?
It’s a bit of an open ended question but it’s a really important one to consider as a business owner.
Do you actually know your own value?
So many things we do in our business come down to the value we bring to the client.
I tell all of my clients (and anyone else who will listen!) that people want to know two things: what you can do for them and how much it will cost them. That’s it. Nothing more!
Both parts of this rely very heavily on how valuable you are to your clients.
This training session is about recognizing what you bring to the table.
We talk about identifying (really identifying!) what you know how to do, and how to convey that to your audience.
This is my Skills Inventory exercise that many of you have probably heard me talk about before (if you haven’t done it, email me and I’ll send it to you!)
You will do an exercise that will show you how to take that information from the Skills Inventory and expand on it so that you can build service packages that are extremely valuable to a target market.
The key to showing others your value is first believing it yourself.

My value message is:
I support business coaches. I know all about their business cycle. I created packages of services to directly support them. I priced my services accordingly. I am confident when I speak with them about what I can do for them. I sign clients when I speak with them.
I would love to hear yours (when you get it done!) 🙂
I’d love to hear your comments on this topic – post them below!
