What you get: Initial assessment and strategy, as needed, weekly Zoom sessions (up to 30 minutes each) with Tracey, unlimited email or messenger support between Zoom sessions. Sessions are recorded and provided to you after each session so you can listen to them anytime you need to. Weekly homework is assigned and resources provided to assist you with your goals and plan as available. Private clients also get perks like special rates or access to other events and trainings that Tracey holds throughout the year.
