Alicia Croci is an energetic business and sales coach. Four years ago, her corporate job tried to push her back to the office, and she said “fuck that,” starting her own online business. She now helps women across the globe market their business, stand out, sell out launches, and free up space in their calendars.
As a mom and business owner, she gets it—business isn’t for the weak. But with the right strategies, it CAN feel simple when you focus on what lights you up.
After burning out in corporate, managing 80+ social media accounts for pennies, she built her own business. In just 12 months, she was making $8k+ months serving ONLY 8 clients at a time.
In September 2023, she found out she was expecting her first baby, and knew her business model had to change. So, she burned it all to the ground, retired her highest-selling offer, and created a whole new offer suite for her DFY agency & added on coaching. And it was the best thing she ever did.
